Swivel is an application that hopes to let you get all of your advertising revenue numbers in one spot.
If you’ve got Google Adsense, Amazon Associates, or Yahoo Publisher Network on your website it allows you to get a better picture of your combined revenue stream all in a single interface. They are looking at Chitika as well.
Once challenge they face, and a problem that really must be solved for Web 2.0 interoperability is the requirement to give them your login credentials to your Adsense stream. Web 2.0 applications need to provide API’s or login credentials that offer limited access to your data without exposing your master login.
Another example is Del.icio.us, there are hundreds of 3rd party applications, many requiring your login credentials. I know Joshua is looking at a variety of angles to solve this as well.
I think what Swivel is planning has an important market. I look forward to how it all comes together.

Yelp has recently launched a new service called Maptastic.
You search for restaurants and it shows all the restaurants using Google Maps. The super cool part is as you zoom in/out or pan through the map, the results automatically update to only show results that are viewable on the current map.
I can definitely see when traveling to a new city, cracking open Maptastic to find a good restaurant near my hotel.
This is what Google Local SHOULD be. It’s truly Maptastic!

Meet with Approval is a simple service allowing you to schedule a meeting or event and track your RSVP’s
Sounds like a good way to send out invites for my weekly poker games. Add SMS to this so I can blast it to cell phones and the value increases immediately.

I previously wrote about Dabble DB.
They’ve released a 40 minute demo video and it was worth every minute. They have done an amazing job with this application. This is what I was hoping Jotspot would be. No code and quick and easy databases.
It looks incredibly mature and I can see a massive adoption as soon as they release it.
I know I’ll be a customer. Who do I beg to get an beta account?
