With thanks to Sean Wise, I’m off to the Under the Radar Conference in Mountain View this week. It will be exciting to see 32 different web 2.0 companies presenting their products.
The following companies are confirmed presenters:
AirSet | Box.net | Browster | BubbleShare | CalendarHub | Dabble DB | Dogster | Eurekster | Flock | Goowy | Kaboodle | Loomia | Meetro | Mosuki | NowPublic | Popist | Rallypoint | Riya | Rollyo | SimplyHired | Simpy | Skobee | Sphere | Spy Media | TagCloud | Tagged | TailRank | The Form Assembly | Top 10 Sources | Wink | Zoho| Zvents
I’ll be blogging my favorites from the event (and may even end up doing a podcast or two.) If you’d like to personally pitch me look for the “guy with the tags”… cause it’s all about the tags.
I’m in town from Wednesday March 1st through Sunday March 5th.If you’d like to get together while I’m in town, email me at rcheramy@web2.0central.com.
I’ve got a few meetings setup to discuss Zigtag and as well as a few networking events:
- Donald Norman is presenting Cautious Cars, Cranky Kitchens, Demanding Devices at Berkeley.
- Adaptive Path is hosting their 5th Anniversary Party on March 2nd.
- Meetro is hosting a BBQ on March 4th.
Any other events on the go that I’m missing?
On a side note, if someone knows how I can score a cheap ticket to the O’Reilly Emerging Technology Conference I could be convinced to change my flight home and head down to San Diego to cover that event as well.

Hi,
I have read your article about Web 2.0 and personalized start pages. Have you tried out http://www.pageflakes.com already? It’s similar to other start page services but offers additional unique features such as multiple pages. It’s free to use. Would be interesting to hear your feedback.
Cheers
Ole
