Yelp has recently launched a new service called Maptastic.
You search for restaurants and it shows all the restaurants using Google Maps. The super cool part is as you zoom in/out or pan through the map, the results automatically update to only show results that are viewable on the current map.
I can definitely see when traveling to a new city, cracking open Maptastic to find a good restaurant near my hotel.
This is what Google Local SHOULD be. It’s truly Maptastic!
